Zander, of the former Zander’s Cafe, has been providing a tasty selection of soups, quiches, and tamales to Groundswell since the origin of the coffeeshop at Hamline & Thomas, formerly known as Bean Factory Two.

Dumpling, a creation of Bunbob Chhun, is creating culinary art in the form of Banh Mi sandwiches. A fusion of French and IndoChinese flavor comes in a variety of vegan, pork belly, and chicken basil and is laid on a bed of french baguette, and topped with savory dressings and quick pickled fresh veggies.

Cafe pizzas are made fresh and served daily.  From the standard Margherita Pizza to seasonal selections like Portabella Feta and Apple Walnut, you won’t regret a step off the beaten path in the world of pizza.
